Jon Petti is a photographer devoted to documenting the emotional undercurrents of the people, places, and fleeting moments that surround him. His work is an extension of his identity, shaped by memory, experience, and feeling. Each image carries traces of those who came before him and gestures toward those he has yet to encounter.
He moves fluidly through environments, from the street to concert venues to intimate, unexpected spaces, observing without interruption. His primary body of work is created on 35mm and 120 film, a medium he trusts for its discipline and honesty.
